The apps

Each app is a part of the business you can switch on. Your plan includes some; more can be added.

Every workspace shares one foundation: people, locations, permissions, tasks, files, notifications and the audit trail. The apps sit on top of it, and you install the ones you need.

Choose your apps

  1. Open App catalogue in the Console sidebar.

  2. Choose Change apps to add or remove apps. The page says how many apps your plan includes and how many your workspace pays for.

  3. Confirm the change. An app inside your plan's allowance changes nothing you pay; one past it is billed at its own price.
