Yes. It is one of the 12 apps, so it can be one of the apps your plan includes. Past that allowance it costs S$25 a month; every extra app is billed at its own price. Annual billing charges the equivalent of 10 months, the same as the rest of your subscription.

A Console user administers the workspace: they create records, run reports, manage people and configure apps. A Portal user is an employee or participant who responds to work addressed to them — acknowledging a policy, accepting a handover, returning an asset, completing a task. A Portal user can keep their own to-do list; assigning work to a colleague is a Console act. Portal seats are far cheaper because they are a far smaller job.

Yes — people, locations, tasks, the calendar and your files. Every plan includes the employee directory, your sites and departments, and a shared task list that every app writes into: a learning assignment, a handover action and something you typed yourself all land in the same place. The calendar holds company events beside the dates your installed apps keep, and the Files page shows an Owner what your storage holds and where. They are not priced separately, they do not count against your app allowance, and they cannot be uninstalled.

Reads keep working and writes stop until a subscription starts. Nothing is deleted and nothing is exported out from under you. Sign-in, billing and search stay available specifically so you can get back in and either subscribe or take your data out.

Yes. Uninstalling hides the app and stops it counting against your plan. The records stay in the database; reinstalling brings the module back with its data.

No. Portal capacity is the number of people who can sign in, not the number who did. A seasonal workforce that signs in twice a year costs the same as one that signs in daily.

Automations, on every plan, does something in one app when something happens in another: a task when an incident is reported, a ticket when an asset breaks, a message every Monday at nine. One workflow acting on one event whose conditions held is one run, whether it succeeded or failed. Past your plan's runs for the month, workflows wait for the 1st, and your Owners and System Admins are told.
