My requests in the Employee Portal lists every purchase request you have raised and where each one stands. You only ever see your own requests here.
What the page shows
Three figures sit at the top: Awaiting decision (your requests still pending), Approved and Pending value (what your pending requests add up to).
Below them, Submitted requests lists your requests, newest first. Each row shows what you asked for, the location, the amount, who has to sign it and what they decided, its status and when you submitted it. Search with Search requests, or choose a status to see only those requests.

What each status means
Pending. Waiting for a signature. The Approver column shows whose. A larger request can need a manager and then finance.
Changes requested. The approver wants something changed before they decide. Revise it and send it back.
Approved. Every signature it needed has been given.
Rejected. The approver said no. If they left a note, Decision note shows why.
Withdrawn. You withdrew it before it was decided.
What you can do with a request
Withdraw (1) takes back a request you no longer need, while it is pending or changes are requested. The approver is told, and it is recorded as withdrawn, not rejected.
Files (2) holds quotes and supporting documents. You can add files while the request is pending or changes are requested, and open them at any time.
Revise & resubmit appears when changes are requested. Change what the approver asked for, say what you changed, and choose Resubmit for approval.
Decision note appears when an approver left a note on your request, and shows what they wrote.
For the steps in full, see Submit a purchase request.
Being told
You are told when your request is approved, rejected or sent back for changes, under the bell and by email. Each message links straight to the request; Show all requests goes back to the full list.
To stop the emails, untick Approvals under Email notifications in your profile. The notices under the bell still arrive.
