Everything about getting into kitset.io, and keeping your account yours.
Sign in
Open kitset.io and choose Sign in. Enter your Email and Password, then Sign in to workspace. If your account has two-factor sign-in, you are asked for a code next; see Two-factor sign-in.
A quick check. Sign-in, creating a workspace and resetting a password can show a short check from Cloudflare first, to keep automated sign-in attempts out. It usually passes by itself. If it says to try again, reload the page.
On your own phone, in the Employee Portal, tick Keep me signed in on this phone for 30 days. Leave it unticked on a shared phone. A Management Console sign-in lasts 12 hours.
After several wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for a while. Wait, or reset your password.
Create a workspace
Choose Start a trial on kitset.io, then fill in Company name, Your name, Work email and a Password of at least 10 characters. Choose the Apps to install first, agree to the terms, and choose Create trial workspace. Every plan starts with a 30-day trial, and nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe. See Set up your workspace.
Accept an invitation
An invitation arrives by email with a single-use link. Open it, choose a password of at least 10 characters under Accept your invitation, and confirm it. You are then signed in. A link that has expired or been used says Link unavailable: ask whoever invited you for a new one.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?, enter your Work email and choose Queue reset link. If the address has an account, a single-use link arrives by email. Open it, choose a new password under Set a new password, and sign in. Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else, and ends any AI app connections you had.
Verify your email
Until you have confirmed your address, a Verify email button sits at the top of the page. Choose it to have the confirmation link sent again, then open the link from your inbox. It says Email verified once it worked.
Change your password
Open Security & sessions in the sidebar and choose Change password. Enter your Current password, then the new one twice. Every other browser signed in to your account is signed out, and AI app connections end.
See and end your sessions
Security & sessions lists Active sessions: each browser signed in to your account, with when it was last used. The one you are using is marked Current.
Choose Sign out on a session to end that one.
Choose Sign out other sessions to end every one but this browser, for example after using a shared computer or losing a phone. It also ends your AI app connections, and phone notifications on those browsers.
